Manchester City welcome Ipswich Town to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday with the Premier League fixture kicking off at 15:00. The hosts have won their opening six league matches and will be expected to maintain their perfect record against opponents who have struggled defensively away from home.

Ipswich have recorded three victories from six league matches, but their defensive performances away from Portman Road remain a concern. The visitors have conceded eight goals across three away fixtures, averaging 2.67 goals against per match. Their away expected goals against figure stands at 2.31.
Manchester United exposed those weaknesses in a 5-2 victory, generating 4.42 xG against Ipswich.
City will be without Phil Foden through suspension, while Ipswich have concerns over Jack Taylor, who is dealing with a knee problem.
